General Information
All prices are the same for every format (speaking/conversation, grammar, reading, writing, listening, playing conversational games, any combinations of these areas, and exam preparation (A1-B2)).
The packages include preparation, implementation and follow up of the lessons as well as up to 4 sheets or pages of homework. (1 mock exam or consecutive pages are treated as one and count as 1.)
The first lesson is a trial lesson and is free of charge and obligation for all participants.
There are various discounts, see below.
By appointing Fabienne Müller their German teacher, students agree to the terms and conditions below.
Discounts
- Loyalty discount: 2nd package: 3%, 3rd package: 6%, 4th package: 9%, afterwards: 12%
- Duration of class discount: 75 minutes per lesson: 3%, 90 minutes per lesson: 6%
- Frequency of class discount: 2 lessons per week: 3%, 3 lessons per week: 6% (¹)
- Sharing discount: Adults (friends, family, coworkers, acquaintances etc.) can buy lessons together, share the price, thus buy fewer lessons at once and still benefit from the full discount while enjoying private lessons. Minimum: 12 lessons/person. 2 adults can share 24, 36, 48 or 60 hours. 3 adults can share 36, 48 or 60 hours. 4 adults can share 48 or 60 hours. 5 adults can share 60 hours. (²)
- Recommendation discount: Receive 1 to 5 hour(s) of free teaching for every new student who starts classes with me thanks to your recommendation.
(¹)The invoice will be issued without the frequency discount. This discount will be refunded at the end of the package, provided that students adhere to the chosen frequency at a rate of at least 80%.
(²)If students share a package and benefit from discounts, all students must meet the selected conditions to receive the corresponding benefits. This means that only those students whose lessons actually last 75 or 90 minutes will receive a duration discount; only those who attend lessons at least twice or three times per week for at least 80% of the time will be eligible for a frequency discount; and only those who have purchased more than one package will be entitled to the loyalty discount.

À la Carte Offers – Mix & Match
Customise your package with benefits. A random example could be like this: A student buys a package of 24 hours, adds 7 x 15 minutes of phone call, 4 x 15 minutes text correction and complements their tailored setting with 3 x 1 additional sheet of homework. Prices will be calculated accordingly.

* Group Lessons
I do not facilitate groups. However, I will work with pre-formed groups.
Please keep in mind, the more alike the students are in commitment and language level, the easier it is for everyone to draw a benefit and for me to do justice to every participant.
- Payment: The total price for the package purchased must be paid within the first month (30 days) of taking German classes with Sprachkunst Fabienne Müller. Late payment may lead to temporary suspension of lessons. Students who abandon the lessons (reason notwithstanding) will be refunded 50% of the costs of the remaining lessons. Payments can be made via money transfer or cash. Neither twint nor paypal.
- Cancellation policy: Lessons must be cancelled 24 hours in advance (by text, call or email). Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will incur full billing. Group lessons have to be cancelled by the entire group or will incur full billing.
- Late arrival or shortened lessons not pre-arranged 24 hours in advance will result in full billing.
- Purchased packages have to be used within 5 years of purchase, after which any unused lessons are forfeited.
